EVOLUTION PURPOSE FREEDOM ABUNDANCE
COSTA'S STORY
Years ago I was going through a rut. I had just completed my bachelor’s degree in Business studies at U.W.E Bristol UK and I was faced with a dilemma. Either I work my way and find an entry level job in the European market in London or Brussels where my parents lived as part of the rat race or seek greener pastures elsewhere.
The dilemma was more than just a mental constraint. I was currently undergoing an emotional tidal wave of turbulence and implosion on the inside - severe panic attacks and depression affecting my life. It got so bad at one stage that it left me physically paralysed and debilitated - heart pounding, excessive sweating, palms sweating, fingers turning blue and a rush to the emergency room twice! These symptoms and the thought process of ‘what if this happens again’ started my journey on the path to self inquiry, freedom and abundance.
My desire is to remind people of the abundance and gifts we have that are here to be shared and recreate heaven on earth. To give back, enjoy everything and need nothing.
I desire this based on what I am seeing in the external world. That there is not a balance of power among the collective. The richer get richer and the poor remain poor and worse. It is time to let go and provide equal opportunity for all.
I desire this because people are afraid and have forgotten to look within. The treasures and resources are all inside. And if we can investigate and envision what that would mean for the human race we wouldn’t tolerate greed but transform it for a higher service, a higher good, a higher thought form to be lived out.
So that we can work collectively in harmony with our surroundings and environment, ourselves, our families and loved ones, friends, animals and all creatures. And when we do so this will elevate our society to an enlightened society. One that would automatically help others in need.
The internal struggle I was to overcome the fear, laziness, lack of self honesty, responsibility for my natural internal state (thoughts, words and actions) and complacency that had been creeping into my life. The alarm bells were ringing for change so I use that as a process of alchemy.
The trigger and what awoke me to this opportunity was the suffering I went through. It opened a door to other possibilities I may not have been aware of otherwise. And seeing how everything is just a difference of degree. So when I look at my parents and how they continue to live - in a state of stuckness and entrapment as it were by following orders and being stuck in a poor dad mentality as Chicken Littles’. This led me to want to change my life and the book that kicked this off was The Power of Now, the Diamond Cutter and now the Gene Keys - tying it altogether.
Through my journaling I was able to unravel what is true and not true about me. About who I am. Who am I? Who did I want to be when I was stuck in a hole and rut? Later on I was reminded to ‘drop’- drop the layers that do not serve me. This gentle reminder was a shift to keep going especially when the going gets tough. Instead of saying one day - shift it and say Day One.
The plan was to help spread this message - that we are peace. We can work together, form allies and friendships to create heaven on earth. A new world that is in line with natural laws. And to know that there is more than enough. Rather than the doubt and thought pollution that is currently being exercised in the mainstream media and other world bodies by placing doubt on ourselves.
To show we can make a difference. We are power. And show others how to be that - through generosity, through love and kindness. A gentle peaceful warrior spirit.
One of things I probably still need to go and keep doing is upskill. I became a personal fitness trainer and studied all things under the sun at that time (from 2012 - 2015). I had two personal online trainers Roman Fitness Systems and Robert Training Systems, a know how anatomy coach, did a nutritional course Precision Nutrition and became locally recognised during that time.
I then moved to the spiritual arena and studied the Diamond Cutter, and the Gene Keys. Read books on the Reconnection and received healing sessions. Read Dr Joe Dispenza’s work and did his meditations.
I was actually working for the company with the teaching I was embracing - a vision for the future of our humanity and got laid off whilst I was travelling South East Asia. But it didn’t stop me from continuing on with my travels. I wasn’t going to allow something to get in the way and be a victim.
The mental mindset and an open heart can do greater wonders than falling prey to what happens to it. So even though I have less money than before I feel now is the time to re-ignite the spark, keep up the learning, upskilling and relaunch a Gene Keys product that will help others remind them of their Gifts.
Being in line with the frequency I wish to be and serve to others brings it back to me. And to me that is a frequency and life to be free financially, embracing every thing. By becoming the frequency of my dream, both in mind set and skill, taking responsibility, being honest, punctual, manifesting abundance, being awe inspiring and authentic I receive it back ten fold. This happened when I was personal trainer. And it has been the case with my previous clients who had received readings and provided positive feedback.
The transformations have been two fold. I saw at the time (2013) I was able to give back to my parents in a big way - by spending time in a big summer house in Jervis Bay majority paid for by myself. And it also happened to be the first time I didn’t see my parents fight as I was taking charge and responsibility. The people that come into my life are also kind and gentle in general. I don’t attract negative people as such (and if they do come in) I always see this as a blessing in disguise. Same goes with my audience - they are easy going and wanting to live out their purpose, or curious to know.
